Material Description

Material Description:

E1 grade sheet has excellent waterproof performance, but also good stability, and E1 grade sheet environmental protection is very strong, flame retardant and weather resistance are very good.

It has the advantages of environmental protection, wear-resistant and durable.

E1 grade board because of its wood fiber particles are large, the adhesive used in the production process is less, so its formaldehyde content is low, environmental protection is better, and it will not cause great harm to the human body. Secondly, because it is made of larger particles of wood, the board is crossed and scattered, so its hardness is high, the nail holding force is good, and the decoration can be nailed with various types of nails according to their own preferences. Wood particles also have disadvantages, that is, the surface flatness will not be as good as other plates, and the curvature is generally.

Production Process:

Material cutting→ Board pressing → Products shaping → Edges sealing
→ Board drilling → QC assemble checking → Color painting → Products cleaning→Products packing →Loading
